Elev8 consignment is designed for artists who want a consistent place to display and sell their work without the pressure of
renting a booth or being locked into monthly fees. We handle in-store sales and customer service while you keep ownership of
your work until it sells.
Simple rule: every piece that enters the program must be submitted through our form so both you and Elev8 can
track inventory, pricing, and payouts cleanly.

Commission Structure (Easy And Transparent)
- Gallery artists: 70% artist / 30% Elev8
- Working artists (creating on-site): 75% artist / 25% Elev8
- No discounts are applied to consigned art (keeps it simple)
- Payouts are based on the final sale price (excluding sales tax)

How To Join (3 Steps)
- Read the agreement so expectations are clear.
- Fill out the required form for your artwork.
You must complete the form for each individual piece you add. - Drop off your work once confirmed by our team.
Why per piece? Because chaos is not a business model, and it protects both of us.
Working Artist Perks (For On-Site Creators)
Working artists are the heartbeat of the space. If you create on-site, you help bring the gallery to life.
You will receive enhanced visibility, promotion, and a better split.

Before You Bring Work In

Consignment FAQ

Do I have to fill out the form for every piece?
Yes. Every item must be submitted using the consignment form, and it must be completed once per individual piece.
This protects both you and Elev8 by keeping accurate inventory, pricing, and payout records.
What is the commission split?
Gallery artists receive 70% and Elev8 receives 30%. Working artists who create on-site receive 75% and Elev8 receives 25%.
Do you discount my artwork during store sales?
No. Consigned artwork is not discounted as part of store-wide deals, coupons, or promotions. Your pricing stays protected.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed monthly no later than the 10th day of each month for the prior month’s sales.
Can I remove my work for events or shows?
Yes. We simply ask for 5 business days notice so we can reconcile inventory properly and help you remove items safely.
Do you accept all types of art?
We accept a wide range of art and handmade goods, but we do curate. Items must align with our quality standards and presentation.
What happens if something gets broken?
If damage is caused by Elev8 staff mishandling, the artist is compensated based on the payout amount in the agreement.
If a customer damages an item, the customer is responsible for full retail cost.
What happens if something gets stolen?
Elev8 uses reasonable theft prevention measures like cameras and locked displays where available, but consigned items are left at the artist’s risk.
Artists are encouraged to insure their work if desired.
Do you sell my work online?
Not at this time. This program is currently focused on in-store display and sales.
Working artists receive a personal Elev8 artist page that functions like a portfolio/shop-style page.
How do I become a working artist?
Working artist spaces are limited and curated. If you want to create on-site, submit your work through the form and include a note about your interest.
We will follow up if there is an open spot that fits your style and workflow.
