This is more than a vendor table in the corner. ELEV8 Takeover is a dispensary-led customer hangout, brand activation, and product-education experience shaped around the partner, the crowd, and the goal.

ELEV8 does not sell cannabis. Every partner remains responsible for following applicable laws and getting all promotions, giveaways, and event activity approved in advance.

How it works

  1. Apply and sign. Complete one application and accept the event agreement digitally.
  2. Review the fit. ELEV8 confirms the date, crowd size, concept, space needs, and partner responsibilities.
  3. Confirm requirements. Insurance, logistics, promotion, setup, and any additional details are settled before scheduling.
  4. Promote together. Both teams invite their communities and build energy before the event.
  5. Host and reset. The partner runs the activation and returns the shop to its original cleanliness.

DIGITAL EVENT AGREEMENT

The following terms reproduce the current ELEV8 Takeover Event Agreement in a page-friendly format.

1. Event details

The final event date and time are confirmed by ELEV8 after approval. Setup may begin up to three hours before the event. Teardown happens immediately after the event.

2. Nature of agreement

This is a collaborative event partnership, not a venue rental. The venue is provided at no charge in exchange for a high-quality, well-promoted event aligned with ELEV8 community standards.

3. Permitted use

Private cannabis-friendly event; consumption by vaporization only; all participants must be 21 or older. ELEV8 does not sell cannabis and is not responsible for cannabis present at the event.

4. Occupancy and control

Indoor maximum is 50 people; additional guests may be outside. ELEV8 staff retains full authority and may immediately stop the event for safety issues, unlawful conduct, or unacceptable behavior. A shutdown does not remove financial responsibility.

5. Partner responsibilities

The partner brings staff, represents its brand professionally, actively promotes the event, communicates clearly with ELEV8, and follows all laws and regulations.

6. Portable restroom

When expected attendance exceeds 50 people, the partner must provide and pay for a portable restroom.

7. Cleanup

The partner returns the space to its original condition. If ELEV8 must clean, the agreement states a $1,000 minimum plus $100 per hour after the first hour.

8. Damages

The partner is responsible for damage to the building, fixtures, equipment, or surrounding property, including full repair or replacement.

9. Parking and neighborhood

The partner directs parking to Boulder Street or beyond and ensures guests respect neighbors.

10. Safety and fire

The partner assumes responsibility for guest safety, fire prevention, and all equipment brought onsite.

11. Insurance

A certificate of insurance is required: $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming ELEV8 as additionally insured, submitted at least three days before the event. Failure may cause cancellation or denied access.

12. Indemnification

The partner agrees to indemnify and hold ELEV8 harmless from injury, damages, cannabis-related incidents, and guest or vendor actions.

13. Communication

Failure to communicate, plan, or follow event requirements does not shift responsibility to ELEV8.

14. Vibe and conduct

The partner maintains a positive, respectful environment; respects staff, guests, and property; and contributes to a high-quality community event.

15. Cost of use

No venue fee is charged. All responsibilities in the agreement still apply.

16. Enforcement

A violation may result in immediate shutdown, financial liability, and denial of future events.

17. Governing law

The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
