Partner Rules And Responsibilities
We keep this simple. We want the party to be fun, but the shop must be respected. No chaos goblins. No mystery messes. No “who spilled this?” archaeology the next morning.
Porta Potty Requirement
If the party is expected to go over 50 people, the dispensary partner is responsible for paying for a porta potty.
Full Cleanup Required
The shop must be returned to its original cleanliness. Floors, trash, bathrooms, tables, outside areas, and event setup must be cleaned.
Agreement Required
Approved dispensary partners must sign our event agreement before the party is confirmed.

No. We do not charge a venue fee for approved dispensary partners. We want strong events, strong brands, and strong community energy.
Who Pays For The Porta Potty?
If the event is expected to have more than 50 people, the dispensary partner is responsible for paying for the porta potty.
Who Handles Cleaning?
The dispensary partner is responsible for getting the shop back to its original cleanliness after the event. If the space is not properly cleaned, cleaning fees may apply.
