Activation Partner

Limited dispensary partners

Designed for partners that want an active presence during Heady Halloween and an opportunity to connect directly with guests.

Partner contribution:

-$200 cash
-4 ounces of product
-One or two qualified budtenders or trained representatives to operate the activation

Activation Partner benefits include:

-A dedicated activation space during Heady Halloween
-One sponsor-branded Silver Surfer with a Baller Series setup for use during the event
-The sponsor keeps the complete Silver Surfer setup after the event
-10 General admission and product-demo tickets
-Recognition on the event website, social media, email promotions, television displays and stage announcements
-A sponsor call-to-action or QR-code opportunity
-Each VIP bag will get 1/8th for your product

Only six Activation Partner positions are available. Partners will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

VIP Product Partner

Designed for dispensaries that want to support the VIP and product-demo experiences without operating a dedicated activation.

Partner contribution:

-4 OZ, 2 used at stations, and 2 will go into the VIP bags as 1/8ths.  

VIP Product Partner benefits include:

-Recognition as an official Heady Halloween product partner
-Shared recognition on the event website, social media, email promotions and event displays
-An opportunity to meet guests and distribute flyers, promotional materials and swag
-5 general admission with product demo tickets

VIP Product Partner does not include a dedicated activation, Silver Surfer setup or category exclusivity. Availability and shared tabletop space are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
